| 内容記述 | 本研究においては、学生にとってのボランティア活動のもつ意味について明らかにし、今後、必要とされる支援について考察することを目的とした。そこで、本学子ども心理学科2〜4年生108人に対し、ボランティア活動の実態や、ボランティア活動を通じての学びや悩み、今後の支援ニーズについて調査を実施した。その結果、多くの学生がボランティア活動を体験していることが明らかとなった。さらに、ボランティア活動を通じて生じる悩みに対する支援を求めていることが明らかとなった。よって、ボランティア体験を自己のキャリアと結び付けて考えるようなキャリア支援の必要性や、心理面へのサポートの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate what kind of significance volunteer activities have on students, and to consider what kind of support is needed. What current volunteer activities they are involved in, what they have learned from it, their concerns, and support needs for the future were among the items asked in the survey. As a result, it was made clear that many students hoped to be provided support. This suggested that there is a necessity for the provision of career support which enables them to connect volunteer activities to their careers, and also the need for psychological support. | |||||||||
