| 内容記述 | 感化院として出発し教護院の名を経て児童自立支援施設は、今年で111年目を迎えた。この長い歴史のなかで、職員夫婦が寮長寮母として家族と共に施設の子どもたちと起居を共に生活し、人間対人間の接触のなかで、子どもの心の解放、成長を育てる『小舎夫婦制』は、わが国における教護の柱となり守り続けられてきた。時の流れとともに、交替制への移行の流れ、入所児童の多様化、福祉と司法のすみ分けの問題など課題も増えている。子どもを守り、愛情を持って育てることは本来親の役割であるが、その養育機能が低下している昨今、それに変わる居場所、育ちなおしの場として、小舎夫婦制の存在とその役割は大きい。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A kanka-in (reform school) becomes a kyougo-in (home for juvenile training and education), and then a jidoujiritsushien-shisetsu (children's self-reliance support facility). This year the facility completes 111 years. On this long history, couple-staff as a housefather and mother live together with maltreated-children. Syousyafuufu-sei (the small cottage system) educates children mind freedom is the center of juvenile reform, and has continued. However, as times have changed, many problems continue to increase. For example, the switch to a system based on shifts, diversification of home-children, differentiation of welfare and judicial, systems. It is the parents' role to care for their children and raise them with love. However, the function of their role has been deteriorating. Therefore, the significance of the small cottage system and its role are important as a substitute for the home and a place for renewal. | |||||||||
