| 内容記述 | 学生の喫茶店・カフェの利用状況を調査した。 1996年にシアトル系カフェが日本に上陸して以降、くつろげる場所やコミュニケーションの場所としてカフェが利用され、コーヒーが飲用されてきた。しかし、2010年以降、コンビニコーヒーが普及し、カフェラテを含むコーヒーそのものを嗜好する割合が増加し、カフェの利用と低価格コーヒーの利用と2極化していったものと考えられる。 | |||||||||||

| A review of college students' use of coffee shops and cafés revealed that since Seattle-style cafés came to Japan in 1996, cafés have been used as places of relaxation and communication, and students have consumed coffee. However, since around 2010, convenience store coffee has become popular and the percentage of students who prefer coffee has increased, and it is thought that the students who prefer coffee can be divided into two groups: those who use cafés and those who drink low-priced coffee. | ||||||||||||
