| 内容記述 | 本稿は、名札マグネットを活用した判断の場から展開する討論型授業を、相互理解を基盤とした対話の場としてとらえ直すための方略について考察したものである。 その結果、支持的風土構築の重要性と、そのために発揮されるべき教師の指導性について、幾つかの有効な示唆を得ることができた。 |

| This paper aims to reaffirm the importance of a supportive classroom culture in the decision-making process using “name tag magnets,” and, to this end, to obtain new leadership suggestions. Through an analysis of the transcript of an elementary school social studies class, we were able to obtain useful suggestions. |
