近年都市部では待機児童解消という喫緊の課題から、規制緩和を背景に保育施設の量的拡充が図られている。本研究ではそうした背景の下に開設された、接地性があり土の園庭をもつ従来型の保育所とは異なる、接地性がなく階上にテラス型の圏庭をもつ保育所という新たな形態の保育環境について、園長へのインタビューを通して実態を把握し、その課題を検討した。その結果、階上テラス型園庭を持つ保育所では複合施設ならではの使用上のきまりが設けられていることや子どもの自然体験に関する課題意識が窺えることなど共通したいくつかの特徴がみられた。こうした特徴を踏まえてカリキュラムや保育内容を検討していく必要があるものと考える。 |

In recent years, due to the urgency of resolving waiting lists for children in urban areas in Japan, the expansion of childcare facilities has been attempted amid increasing deregulation. In this study, we examine the issues related to a new kind of nursery school including a terrace-type playground, which differs from the earthy playgrounds of conventional nursery schools, by interviewing nursery school directors. The results make it evident that nursery schools with terrace-type playgrounds comprise usage restrictions in complex facilities. Further, an awareness of problems related to children's natural experiences arises as well. Therefore, it is necessary to consider curricula and childcare contents based on nursery school enviroments’ features． |
