本研究では,図形領域での実践を通して,指導の前後における生徒の「三角形の分類方法についての概念の変化」について仮説を立て,中学校第2学年の生徒36名を対象に「三角形と四角形」の単元において計7時間の授業の学習指導案を立案した。
これまでの図形の題材を扱った先行研究では,帰納的な考え方・演繹的な考え方を育てる指導,教具を活用した指導,発展的な考え方を育てる指導などが研究されている。こうした中で,本研究の新規な点は,三角形の分類の問題について,多くの生徒が着目する「辺の長さや角の大きさによる分類」以外に,三角形の合同条件を毎時間強調することによって,「4種類の三角形を同じくくりで考える分類」へと視点が移動し,これまで保持していた図形概念の変化を促すことが可能になるという仮説のもとに,指導案を作成した点に特徴がある。 |

In this research, we designed a teaching plan consisting of a total of seven hours with regard the unit "Triangles and Quadrilaterals" for 36 Junior High School students, in which a hypothesis was formed before and after the instruction, through practice with geometrical domains, to alter the students' concept of the classification method of triangle sentities.
Up to now, in preceding research dealing with the theme of geometrical figures, investigation has been made into guidance aimed at rearing developmental reasoning as well as promoting the use of teaching tools intended to cultivate inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning. With this as background, this research endeavours to introduce some novel points concerning the problem of the classification of triangles entities. Many students do not just use their perception of the length of the sides or the size of the angle to make a judgment, but also because of the emphasis placed on the conditions for congruent triangles every lesson, they tend to classify by placing the four types of triangles into the same bundle. This research has as its distinguishing feature the hypothesis that it is possible to promote a change in the presently maintained concept of geometrical figures. |
