教育実習生は、一人前に扱われない状況下で、保育者としての資質を評価さ れる立場にある。研究では実習を乗り越える際に実習生の独特の方略があると仮定し、実習直後の質問紙及び半構造化面接で実態調査を行った。その結果、保育者アイデンティティ（私は保育者になる）を獲得した実習生の多くは、幼児受容的保育者モデルを発見し、 その保育行動を選択的にあるいは柔軟に模倣していた。さらに実習生が自己の未熟な保育力を、その保育者モデルから肯定的・受容的に評価されていると認識した時、保育者アイデンティティの獲得レベルが向上していくことが検証された。 |

The kindergarten-teacher trainees have to undergo assessment of their quality and aptitude at kindergartens where, at the same time, they are treated as unfledged. This paper reports the results of the questionnaire and half-structured interviews given to kindergarten-teacher trainees after their preservice training. The assumption we are based on is that the trainees make use of a certain type of strategy to survive their training period. The results show that a large number of trainees with a successfully-developed "kindergarten-teacher identity" have found receptive teacher models for them and copied their behavior flexibly and selectively. It has also been verified that the trainees have developed their "kindergarten-teacher identity" to a significant level when they have recognized that their immature job performance are evaluated positively and receptively by the model teacher. |
