| 内容記述 | 本稿では、子育てを支援する支援者について、その役割を考察した。なかでも、日本で考案された子育て支援プログラム、 ベビープログラム（BP）のファシリテーターとしての役割について考察を行った。ファシリテーターは、プログラムの今だけを考えて参加者とかかわりを持つのではなく、参加者自身が持つ力を信じ、プログラムが終了したのちも参加者同士が支え合えるような見通しをもって、さりげなく援助すること、ファシリテーターの一方的なかかわりによる自己満足で終わることが無いよう十分配慮することなどが大切であるとわかった。 | |||||||||||

| This study considers the role of supporters providing child-rearing assistance. In particular, the role of facilitators in baby programs(BP)―a child-rearing support program devised in Japan―was examined. The study found that, rather than thinking of the program only in terms of the here and now, when interacting with participants, it is important for facilitators to believe in the program participants’ capabilities and quietly provide support. This will ensure that the participants will continue to support each other after the completion of the program, and ensure that the program does not simply conclude with the facilitator feeling self-satisfied with his or her unidirectional interaction with participants. | ||||||||||||
