近年大学生のクラブ活動およびスポーツ活動の参加に対する意識の変化がありここ数年低下傾向にある。運動の選択肢が多く,自己の価値感を見い出せないまま時の経過に委ねてしまう学生も多い。自己啓発と発見,更に健康への自己管理能力の認識と理解には人間関係の中で育んでいく力が大変重要である。スポーツをする「きっかけ」づくりや,内在的に存在するスポーツへの興味,意識を生活習慣と併せて考え啓発していく必要があると思われる。 |

Nowadays there is a remarkable tendency among the don‘t need "current'' and nowadays university students that the attitude toward their participating in extracurricular and sports activities has their Desire to take phrt in these activities has declined In recent years.
There are so many options in the current sports and exercises circumstances, that they have been unable to find the activity that fits them and have been wasting their precious time without any sense of their own values to sports activities.
It is expected of us to show the importance of partaking in sports and play, which is in the heart of Each of us. |
