| 内容記述 | 本研究では、障害児の家族の包括的な支援の担い手である障害児相談支援事業における家族支援の実践に役立つ家族 QOL アセスメントを活用した支援ツールを作成し、それを用いた実践研究を通してその有用性を検証した。その結果、家族 QOL アセスメントを面談毎に行うことで、家族にとって家族の QOL の状況及び変化の確認や家族の生活を振り返って考える機会をもたらす効果があることが明らかとなった。また、面談においてもニーズ児以外の家族メンバーに関する相談がしやすくなり、担当者も家族への寄り添いや支援の見直しの提案につなげやすくなるなど、本ツールが相談支援における家族への支援に役立っていたものと考えられた。 | |||||||||

| In this study, we created a family support tool using the Family Quality of Life (QOL) Assessment to be used to support consultations for children with disabilities and verified its usefulness through practical research. Conducting the Family QOL Assessment at each interview was effective in providing families with opportunities to confirm the status and changes in their family’s QOL and to reflect on their family’s life. In addition, family members are more likely to ask for advice not only about the child with disabilities but also about other family members, and the consultation supporters are more likely to be close to the family members and review their support. | ||||||||||
