| 内容記述 | 本稿では、初めて生まれた赤ちゃん( 2~ 6か月）とそのお母さんが参加できる、BPについて、特に BP実施における連携について、2か所の実施施設での BP実施の実情から検討を進めた。 BPを実施するためには、単にBPを実施するだけではなく、各実施主体の利点を生かした連携の中で BPが実施されていることが分かった。A市では、役所内の各部署の良好な連携を生かし、参加者募集から BP実施後の支援に至るまでを、各部署の特徴に応じて参加者のサポートを行っている。B市 B区の NPO法人では、法人の特徴を生かし、BP実施後も同じように施設を利用してもらえるように配慮をしている。職員が BP実施中から参加者との関係を大切にし、BP実施後は、 NPO法人内の施設に気軽に足を運び、子育てに役立ててもらえるよう環境づくりに心掛けているのである。 単なる連携ではあるが、望ましい連携を行うことは母子の生活も望ましい方向へと傾いていくことが分かった。 |

| In this study, we looked into BP to which a mother and her first baby（2-6 months） can participate, particularly, collaborated efforts to have BP in the actual BP implementation cases in two facilities. It was revealed that, in order to have BP, instead of merely organizing BP, each organizer was taking advantage of strong points of it to organize BP. City-A was fully using its good relations among all sections, and from the recruiting of participants to the supports after BP, they were supporting the participants according to the expertise of each section. An NPO of Ward-B of City-B organized BP in the way that the participants would continue to use their facility after BP. The staff of the NPO valued building good relationships with the parents during BP, and was creating the environment that encouraged them to come to their facility afterwards so they could make a use of it to help their child rearing. They are simply collaboration efforts, but it was indicated that good collaborations can help lives of mothers and babies for the better. |
