| 内容記述 | 本研究は、日本の乳児院の現状と課題、及び、ベトナムの孤児院の現状と課題についてそれぞれの国が抱えてきた歴史的背景を踏まえながら明らかにしてきた。日本の乳児院は、法的に整備されている一方で、子どもの心身の育ちに影響を及ぼす分離経験という課題が残されている。一方、ベトナムの孤児院は、子どもの独立まで同じ施設で生活できるが、法整備が進まず、安定した運営が困難である課題が残っていることがわかった。 | |||||||||||

| This research clarifies the current situation and problems facing infants in Japan; and the present situation and problems facing orphanages in Vietnam. The study takes into account the historical background of each country. While infant hospitals in Japan are legally maintained, there remains the problem of the separation experience that affects the mental and physical development of children. Meanwhile, orphans in Vietnam can live in the same facility until the child becomes of age, but this study found that legal developments are lagging and there remain challenges that make smooth operation of such orphanages difficult. | ||||||||||||
