| 内容記述 | 現在、日本の漬物の中で最も国内生産量の多いキムチの消費量が減少傾向にあることが報道されている。日本在住の韓国人の間でもキムチ離れが進んでいることが指摘されている中、学園祭の来訪者を中心にキムチの消費やキムチに対する意識に関してのアンケートを実施し、キムチが日本の漬物の中でも高い地位にある理由や、最近のキムチの消費量の減少傾向についての考察を試みた。 結果、キムチを発酵食品として意識している人は全体の約40%であり、「キムチを週に1回以上食べる」と回答した人は全体の約28%であったのに対し、「ほとんど食べない」、「全く食べない」と回答した人は、全体の約44%であった。これらの結果から、キムチは既に漬物のーつとしての地位を確立し、漬物市場の減少に伴い、消費量が減少傾向にあるのではないかと考えられた。 |

| The consumption in Japan of kimchi, which has the highest production volume of pickles in Japan, has been reported to be decreasing recently. In this study, a questionnaire survey of visitors to a school festival was conducted regarding their consumption of kimchi and their consciousness regarding kimchi. The aim of the survey was to clarify the reasons for the declining consumption trend in kimchi in Japan, and to try and elucidate the reason why kimchi holds such a high position among pickles in Japan. The results show that kimchi was considered to hold a high position as a pickle in Japan, and the idea was considered that the decrease in kimchi consumption might correspond to the decrease of the pickle market as a whole in Japan. |
