| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、幼小連携の人事交流における教員の意識変容を明らかにすることである。幼稚園教師へのインタビューを事例として分析した。その結果、幼小連携を進める教員の役割として、以下の点が見いだされた。(1）幼小連携の深まりには、子ども同士、教師、家族、地域の人々との関係性の形成が必要であること。(2）幼小連携を指導する教師には子ども理解に基づいた保育や授業を構成する力が重要であることであること。（3）効果的な幼小連携を行うにはテーマをもった研究推進体制が必要であること。 | |||||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify a change in the consciousness among teachers through the personnel interchange program between kindergarten and elementary school. This study analyzes the effects of this program through an interview with a teacher at a kindergarten. As a result, I discerned the following three roles of the teacher. First, they need to coordinate with the children, teachers, families, and their communities to build and keep a good relationship. Second, it is important for teachers and instructors to acquire childcare skills and to create good lesson plans using their appropriate knowledge of children. Third, they need to have a promoting study system with a concrete theme to establish cooperation between the kindergarten and elementary school. |
