| 内容記述 | 親子の絆づくりプログラム"赤ちゃんがきた!" (愛称:BP プログラム) は、 初めて赤ちゃんを育てる母親と 0歳児期の赤ちゃんが対象のプログラムである。 BP プログラムは、 日本の子育て事情を考慮に入れ、 Nobody’s Perfect の理念に基づいて開発されている。 本報告では、 BP プログラムの概要を紹介するとともに、 BP プログラムを実施しプログラムの効果検討を行った。 その結果、 BP プログラムの参加者は、 子育て仲間を作ることができ、 育児の孤立感が軽減し、 育児に対する自信が増し、 気持ちにゆとりをもって赤ちゃんと関われるようになった等、 前向きな姿勢で子育てに取り組めるようになったという結果を得た。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A program that aims to bond new mothers and newborns called "We have a baby !" (BP program) was developed on the basis of the principles of ”Nobody’s Perfect” and takes the child care situation in Japan into account.Here, we overview the BP program and examined its effects by actually executing the program. BP program participants showed a positive attitude toward parenting. This is because they were able to meet fellow parents, reduce the sense that childcare is isolating, increase confidence in childcare, and involve themselves with the baby in order to relax. | |||||||||
