| 内容記述 | 本研究では、中学 3年生54名を対象にキャリア教育の事前学習及び授業を実施し、職業知識の向上と、現在の学びや進路選択と将来の職業の関連付けが向上するかどうか検討することを目的とした。 具体的には、キャリアマトリックスを用いた事前学習を実施し、授業において協同コラージュをもとにしてグループで職業について話し合いをするというグループ内発表を、自己肯定感を持って行うことができることを期待した授業を実施した。授業前後には、進路成熟態度尺度を実施し、授業の効果を検討した。 その結果、授業後に自己の進路に対して計画的であることや積極的な関心を持つことに高まりが見られ、本研究の目的が達成できたと言えた。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employing collages and a career matrix in career education for third graders in a junior high school. First, the teacher asked students to use a career matrix. Next, the students were divided into several groups and asked to make a collage about a job and then to talk about various jobs based on the collages. The Career Maturity Attitude Scale questionnaire was implemented before and after the learning process. The results show that the students' awareness of the importance of a career choice changed positively after the lesson. | |||||||||||||
