| 内容記述 | 戦後、学力の低下が社会問題となり、特に「漢字を書く力」の低下が指摘されるようになった。漢字を正しい字体で、字形を整えて書くことが、基礎学力として求められるようになったのである。その「漢字を書く力（書字力）」は、昭和20-40年代に実施された学力調査において、漢字書き取り問題としてテストされることになる。このなかで漢字字体の正誤基準は、その字として読むことができればよいという基準から、一点ー画を正確に書き、続け書きもしてはいけないという基準へと変化した。国語科書写の成立（昭和33年）や、毛筆書写の必修化（昭和43年）には、この基準に対応した書く力（書写力）を向上させようとする意図があったと考えられる。 | |||||||||||

| A decline in academic ability since 1945 has become a social problem, and in particular, a decline in "the ability to write Kanji" has been noted. In the 1940s and 1950s, the Japanese educational community conducted an academic achievement survey that included questions on writing Kanji characters. The standard for judging correctness in such cases became the standard that stated that each stroke had to be written accurately and carefully. The establishment of shosha in the Japanese language department (1958) and shosha with a brush (1968) were intended to improve citizens' ability to write in response to this standard. | ||||||||||||
