| 内容記述 | 現在、日本は少子化という重大な課題を抱えている。そこで、政府はその対策として「子育て支援」を推進してきた。このような中で、保育現場においてもその一翼を担い、親対象の相談やセミナーを実施している。そこで、本研究は親対象のセミナーに構成的グループエンカウンターというカウンセリングアプローチにより、親のコミュニケーション促進を図り、その効果を明らかにする。その結果、セミナー開始時はコミュニケーションレベルが低かった親が、セミナー終了時にはコミュニケーションレベルが高くなる傾向が見られた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The falling birthrate is a serious problem in Japan. "Child-nurturing support" was a measure advanced by the government for dealing with the falling birthrate. Parents' consultation and seminars are conducted on the site of the child care. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of this counseling approach termed the "Structural group encounter" method. In general, parents who showed low level communication showed more improvement at the end of the program than those that did not participate in the "Structural group encounter" method. |
