| 値 | 0f the 54 volumes of The Tale of Genji, Ukifune renounces the world in the “Tenarai” volume. This paper analyzes the description of nature in the “Tenarai” in relation to Ukifune’s emotoin. The description of nature in the “Tenαrαi” volume accepts segments 82 and 83 of The Tale of Ise. This paper alsor, clarifies how Murasaki-Shikibu skillfully depicts Ukifune's psychology and the line between holiness and commonality by means of The Tale of Ise. | |||||||||||
