| 内容記述 | 学生相談において、対人関係に困難を感じて不適応状態に陥っている事例から、彼らが抱える問題と支援のあり方について検討した。彼らの訴えから、彼らが他者からどう見られているかにとらわれ、主体性なく相手や状況に合わせようとしている状態であることが明らかになった。このあり方はカウンセラーとの間でも起こってくるので、カウンセラーは学生に合わせるのではなく、自分自身が感じていることに敏感になり、それを学生に伝えていくことが求められる。それにより学生は、カウンセラーと合わない体験をし戸惑いを覚えるが、そのように戸惑う主体としてカウンセラーと対峠することが、適応につながっていくことが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examined the psychological support in university student counseling to students who were experiencing difficulties in interpersonal relationships. Their complaints revealed that they were prepossessed with how they were perceived, thus conforming to others without autonomy. Since these students behaved similarly during counseling sessions, the counselor needed to be sensitive to what s/he noticed and convey it to the student. At first, the student might have been confused by this disagreement between themselves and the counselor. However, it has been shown that the student can seek adaptation by consciously exhibiting their confusion to the counselor as an autonomous being. | |||||||||
