| 内容記述 | 公共事業の整備効果は時代の経過に応じて逓減変化しており、地域によっても相違がみられる。これまで公共事業のもたらす経済効果を測定するために建設部門分析用産業連関表が用いられているが、建設業をとりまく環境や業態が変化していることから、連関表自体の構造の変化要因についても分析される必要がある。本研究では近年の、公共事業の乗数効果について、建設部門分析用地域間産業連関表に着目し、建設業をとりまく技術的変化に伴う波及効果の変化等、その原因や特性について分析を行うこを目的とする。この結果、現在の建設部門分析用産業連関表は、現行の建設業の業態変化に応じて変更が加えられでいるものの必ずしも十分に対応していないこと、また今後も建設業のサービス産業化への対応も必要であること等が明かとなった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The effect of social overhead capital investment is decreasing these days, and also there are local differences in each area. To measure the influence of public investment, construction Input-Output analysis tables are used very often. Considering the fact that construction market is changing, this table is also needed to analyze the function of industrial and structural changes. This report tries to study the construction effect change using the construction Input-Output tables. And it became clear that construction Input-Output tables are not fully suitable for the actual industrial structure change. | |||||||||
