| 内容記述 | 社会基盤整備に関しては近年、その整備効果が下降傾向にあるといわれるが地域やエリアによってその効果も異なると考えられる。特定の社会基盤を整備した場合に、その整備効果のうち供用による効果(ストック効果)を測定するにあたって、地域別の影響をみる必要がある。この場合、地域別の交易、移動は、各エリアの経済的なポテンシャルが関係しており、時間経過に応じて変動している。ここでは国内地域を9エリアとして、各エリアに投入された社会基盤のうち道路、港湾、空港に関する過去10年間にわたる供用に伴う人流の変化を分析し、それぞれのエリア別人流の発着量を分析することによってその変化要因を解析することを研究目的とする。分析の結果、時間的経過によって、地域と分野によりその離発着量にかなり差があることが明らかになった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Capital investment multiplier effect in the social infrastructure has been declining steadily over the last decade. Investment in construction of transportation facilities should be investigated beforehand to determine their actual value to the area in terms of stimulating the economy through construction and to the usefulness of the finished work. In this case, mutual trade and transportation are related to their regional economical potential with data changing over time. This report tries to investigate each human movement in 9 area, especially roads, ports, and airports of Japan. In conclusion, it became clear that their human movement numbers of origin and destination are quite different according to the time, area and field. | |||||||||
