| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to give a new perspective to these two novels by comparing and contrasting two seemingly very different writers and their main characters. At first glance these two writers seem to be as different from each other as can be. We see Soseki, the scholar, and Hemingway the adventurer. Upon closer examination, however, there appear some strong similarities. | |||||||
