| 内容記述 | 大正・昭和戦前期の小学校国語科書キ方は、昭和6~8年ころを境に「実用としての硬筆」論から「芸術としての毛筆」論へとその教育理念を転換する。「芸術としての毛筆」論の台頭は、昭和 16年の国民学校令において「芸能科習字」が独立教科となる契機となった。本研究ではこの教育理念の転換の理由について、背景となる言語学・国語教育学における毛筆書字の位置づけから考察している。西洋言語学に基づいた「文字は言語の符牒である」という文字観によって、毛筆書字の実用的価値は失われていった。かわって毛筆書字は、精神的側面・芸術的側面を強調し、国語教育から離れていったのである。 | |||||||||||

| In elementary school in the 1910s through the 1940s, Japanese Kakikata, bordering 1931 through 1933, converted educational theory from “writing with a pencil for practical use” to “writing with a brush for artistic purposes.” With the rise of theory, “writing with a brush for artistic purposes” and the academic subject “art course calligraphy” started to become independent in 1941. In this study, these backgrounds have been examined from the point of view of linguistics and Japanese education in the context of brush-using calligraphy. The practical value of brush-using calligraphy was being lost due to the recognition of the“letter as the symbol of language” based on western linguistics. Instead of this, brush-using calligraphy would emphasize the psychological and artistic aspects in the Japanese education system. | ||||||||||||
