| 内容記述 | 本研究では、安価で安全な器具を用いて手軽に入手可能なじゃがいも（男爵）の少量の廃棄部位からデンプンを抽出する方法を検討した。結果として、ステーキナイフ、小型のすり鉢・すりこぎを用いてじゃがいも（男爵）の廃棄部位から肉眼で視認可能な量のデンプンを抽出することが可能であった。 | |||||||||||||

| 値 | In this study, we examined a method to extract starch from a small amount of discarded parts of Baron potatoes that were readily available using inexpensive and safe equipment. As a result, it was possible to extract a quantity of starch visible to the naked eye from discarded parts of Baron potatoes using a steak knife and a small mortar and pestle. | |||||||||||||
