本研究は、大学男子レスリング部選手を対象に、各選手の実力を十分に発揮できる状態で試合に臨めるよう栄養教育を実施し、その教育効果を検討することを目的に栄養教育の前後に自記式質問紙の回答の分析を通して考察を行った。その結果、栄養教育によって体組成への意識の高まりのほか、栄養バランスや食事の摂り方を意識するなどの変化が認められた。 |

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of nutrition education on male collegiate wrestlers’ preparation for competitions. we analyzed self-administered questionnaires that the wrestlers filled in before and after the nutrition education. The results showed that nutrition education increased awareness of body composition and nutritionally balanced diet. |
