| 内容記述 | ユダヤ人の食の規定に関して変容と次世代への継承という観点からフィールドワークを行った。その結果、アシュケナジーとスファラディ（およびミズラヒ）という民族離散の大きな流れや本拠地のイスラエルにおける現状や歴史的経済的な背景について貴重な情報を得た。これによって、考古資料を解釈する際、コシェルに対する固定化された視点やイスラエルの食文化が基準という思い込みを排除すべき点やこれまで注目されていなかった考古資料（食器・調理器のミニチュア）に対する新たな研究の方向性を得ることができた。 | |||||||||

| This paper is a research report on kosher, the Jewish food regulations, and its changes based on fieldwork conducted in Warsaw and Krakow in Poland, Jerusalem in Israel, and Taipei in Taiwan. Kosher is often thought of as having remained unchanged for a long time. I examine it from the perspective of transformation and how it is passed on to successive generations. I studied two major diasporas, the Ashkenazi and Sephardi, and the current situation in Israel. My results bring a new perspective to the interpretation of archaeological materials that I have been studying. | ||||||||||
