However, by the improvement of medical technology and treatment methods, duration of hospitalization of children is shortened. For moving out and moving in is frequently repeated, administrative burden of teachers and parents has been increased. The MEXT has simplified the administrative procedures twice, but the revisions did not provide a fundamental solution.
