I examined the reasons for career selection before and after practical training, and the reality shock that occurred during practical training. The highest percentage of students were those who considered job placement in terms of either working with children or not, and made their decisions after all practical training was completed.\n During training, many people experienced some type of reality shock, especially those in their first childcare practice.
