This paper aims to investigate the significance of a Theatre in Education programme for the prevention of bullying, and so consider the possibility of introducing such a programme into Japanese schools. The author observed the programme in practice in English secondary schools. The paper shows that 1,010 students saw the programme, and 95 percent evaluated it as really good and something they wanted to watch.
