Metaphorical use of a chocolate pastry may make it easier to understand the relationship between \"hometowns\" and \"local areas\". The inside chocolate filling in this metaphor would be a \"hometown\" and the outside pastry would be its \"local area\". Combining both will produce \"local area learning\". Promoting these \"local area learning\" lessons will foster a \"hometown-caring attitude\". High-level lesson planning and teaching material development skills are required to foster this \"hometown-caring attitude\".
