{"created":"2023-05-15T14:59:40.935509+00:00","id":318,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7b317e74-0229-4ee6-b8db-9d7f2e951a66"},"_deposit":{"created_by":9,"id":"318","owners":[9],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"318"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kamakura-wu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000318","sets":["1:52"]},"author_link":["1061","1058","1060","1059"],"item_3_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"14","bibliographicPageEnd":"78","bibliographicPageStart":"63","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鎌倉女子大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"The journal of Kamakura Women's University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"私達は、長年、保育者養成の仕事に携わっており、保育内容の表現や人間関係、保育実習指導、音楽などの科目を担当している。また、授業以外では実習の事前指導と事後指導を個別に行っている。保育者養成課程において、学生が専門職を生かした就職をするということはとても重要なことであり、専門性を生かした就職をした学生ほど母校に対する満足度が高いという結果もある(安部・白川,2006)。そこで、本研究では、保育者養成課程の学生の就職試験の実態から、保育現場ではどのような知識や技能が求められているのかについて分析し、保育現場が求めているニーズと保育者養成カリキュラムとの関連を考察することを目的とする。方法は、2005年度の私立幼稚園・保育園の就職受験報告書と音楽実技試験報告書を統計的に処理した。受験報告書の内容は、受験地、受験時期、筆記試験、音楽等の実技試験、論作文、面接の内容であった。被験者は、幼稚園受験者121名(短大生73名、専攻科生1名、大学生46名、不明1名)、保育園受験者86名(短大生62名、専攻科1名、大学生22名、不明1名)の延べ207名であった。\n結果は以下の通りである。\n1)被験者の約80%が神奈川県内の私立幼稚園・保育園を受験していた。\n2)受験時期は、幼稚園では10月下旬から11月下旬が最も受験者が多く、保育園では11月下句から12月下旬がもっとも受験者が多かった。\n3)試験内容については、面接試験は幼稚園も保育園も95%以上の園で実施されていた。また、実技試験は幼稚園で84%、保育園で58%と、幼稚園の方が割合が高く、実技試験の内容はほとんどがピアノの演奏であった。次に論作文のテーマは幼稚園・保育園共に理想者像が多く、次にさまざまな子どもの事例についての保育者の対応を問うものが多かった。それぞれの特徴として幼稚園では統合保育(障害児保育)についてのテーマがあり、保育園では食育についてのテーマがあがっており、保育者養成カリキュラム広範囲の内容を総合的に問われるものであった。\nこれらの結果から、保育現場のニーズが専門知識や実技など多岐に渡っていることが示された。今後の課題としては、これらの結果を保育者養成課程のカリキュラムの内容に生かしていくことである。"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"We have been working on the training for childcare teachers for a long time and the contents of childcare that we teach include expression, human relationship, training for childcare internship and music. Also, we advise each student before and after their internship outside our classes. In the course of childcare, it is really important for students to get jobs related to their specialties. A previous study showed that students who got jobs related to their specialties were satisfied with the education that they had received at college (Abe & Shirakawa, 2006). The purpose of this present study is to investigate what knowledge and abilities are necessary for childcare majors by using the reports on employment examinations. Then, we will discuss the connection between the needs of kindergartens and nursery schools and the contents of childcare teacher training program. In this study, the subjects were the total of 207 students who submitted the reports of employment examinations (121 candidates for kindergarten including 73 two-year-college students, 1 three-year-college student and 46 four-year-college students and an unknown subject; 86 candidates for nursery schools including 62 two-year-college students, 1 three-year-college student, 22 four-year-college students and an unknown subject).\n The results were as follows : First, approximately 80% of the subjects took the employment examinations of kindergartens and nursery schools in Kanagawa prefecture. Second, regarding the season of the examinations, most of the kindergartens carried them out during the period from late October to late November, while nursery schools did during the period from late November to late December. Third, regarding the contents of the employment examinations, there were 3 types : (1) interview (conducted at 95% of the kindergartens and nursery schools), (2) piano playing (at 84% of the kindergartens and 58% of the nursery schools) and (3) essay (given under such topics as \"Ideal childcare teacher\" or \"How to interact with children in various situations\"). Some specific and distinctive topics were seen in both kindergartens (e.g., \"handicapped children\") and nursery schools (e.g., \"food and nutrition education\"), questioning about the wider range of childcare teacher training program. These findings suggest that the needs of kindergartens and nursery schools toward students included various things in expertise.
