The experiment strategy was derived form Clement's (1993) model of the bridging analogies strategy. 24 fourth graders were instructed in action and reaction of force. Protocol described by students in pre-post test and videotaped records of the lesson were analyzed. The results showed that ; (1) During the lesson, most students changed their preconceptions detecting analogies between \"Anchor\", \"Bridging\", and \"Target\".
