The first point to note is that the inclusion of experiential activities was stated in statutory form. Second, cultivating skills through firsthand experience is emphasized to foster a \"zest for life”. Thirdly, for the most part, a greater number of out-of-school activities are included within the in-school curriculum. For the implementation of the current experiential activities, a redefinition of \"out-of-school” and promotion for participative activities in cooperation with the local community are necessary.
