Standing long jump (t(28)=−2.52, p=.02) and grip strength [both hands] (t(27)=−2.16, p=.04) were both significantly higher in Nursery B ; no significant differences were found for the others.\nWhile the use of throwable play equipment such as balls was restricted because of the location on the upper floor, Nursery B introduced play equipment such as duckboards, tires, and a log bridge, which enhanced children’s play despite the restricted environment.
