When the stressor was internal exams and writing reports, the percentage of dietary content and eating behavior was higher than for other stressors. In terms of dietary content and eating behavior, the proportion of respondents who ate large quantities and ate sweets and frozen desserts was high. People with high levels of neuroticism and those who did not expect to be able to resolve their issues through their own efforts were more likely to have poor sleep and physical condition.
