| 内容記述 | 英検３級から準１級の内容一致問題の英文の難易度を調査した結果、語彙の難易度については、準１級が他の級の難易度と比較して著しく難しいことがわかった。また検定教科書や大学入学共通テストとの語彙と比較した際、英検２級については大学卒業レベルという目安よりはやや易しい内容であった。合わせて、英文中に出現する文法項目を調査した結果、英検３級では高等学校で学ぶ文法項目がほとんど出現せず、目安である中学校卒業程度というレベルについては適切であることがわかった。 | |||||||||

| 値 | This study investigated the difficulty of each level of the EIKEN test, and the validity of the recommended levels that the EIKEN Foundation suggests for junior and senior high school students. The suggestions are based on the New JACET List of 8,000 words and specific grammar items that are learned in high school. The result of this investigation shows the difficulty of the Pre-1st grade and appropriate difficulty gaps between the 3rd grade and Pre-2nd grade, and between the Pre-2nd and 2nd grades. It raises a question about the new grade between Pre-2nd and 2nd grades, which will be launched in 2025 school year. | |||||||||
