| 内容記述 | 青少年の放課後の文化活動に対する関心は、日本経済の深刻な状況や高額な学校教育費、また社会的・経済的に厳しい家庭を背景にしながら十分では無い。先行研究や優れた事例により、児童館や居場所事業、学校や公民館の「カフェ」、また博物館の教育活動の有用性が明らかになっている。障害者の文化活動も重要である。青少年の自主的で固有の活動と文化の観点から、発展的な研究が行われる必要があろう。 | |||||||||||

| Little attention has been given to the out-of-school cultural activities of children and young people in Japan, with scant regard paid to serious economic dislocation, the high cost of school education, and socially and economically deprived families. Several studies and good-practice initiatives have proved that municipal children’s centers，"third place" schemes such as "cafe" programs in schools or community centers, as well as educational activities in museums are useful for high-school students. In addition, cultural activities for people with disabilities are important. It seems appropriate to presume that further observations should be conducted from the viewpoint of young people’s voluntary and unique activities or the standpoint of their culture. | ||||||||||||
