| 内容記述 | 本研究は、大手コンビニエンスストアで販売されているパウチ式のポテトサラダについて、アンケート調査に基づいて商品比較をおこなった結果を報告したものである。アンケート調査の結果、ポテトサラダには、味付けが濃く、ハム・ベーコン、きゅうり、ゆで卵などが加えられることが期待されているが、実際の商品ではニンジンとタマネギが定番の具材となっており、ハム・ベーコンを加えることで高級な商品となることが分かった。本研究から、コンビニエンスストアのポテトサラダは商品と消費者のニーズは完全にはマッチしておらず、今後の開発が期待できる商品であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 値 | This study made a comparison between pouch-packed, long-life potato salads sold at major convenience stores. The results indicate that consumers expect potato salads to have strong seasoning, and ham or bacon, cucumber, and boiled eggs as ingredients. However, many commercial potato salads contain just three items as ingredients, such as potato, carrot, and onion, while high-class potato salads contain ham or bacon.Thus, it was inferred that consumers’ needs are not yet reflected well when it comes to commercial pouch-packed potato salads, and more consumer-preferred products are likely to come up in the near future. | |||||
