The analysis, based on two indicators, \"a growing desire for a career in early childhood education,\" and \"acquisition of self-confidence,\" attempts to discover which traits students with a more positive tendency toward the achievement of early childhood practitioner identity possess, and which traits students with a more diffusion tendency possess. The analysis shows that students with a developing early childhood practitioner identity have a stronger desire to further develop their childcare skills, participate in mock childcare sessions with a clear professional image, and evaluate their own practice efforts highly.
